Clean room air, and the paperwork that goes with it
Pharmaceutical work is as much about records as about equipment. What is installed has to match what is documented, and it has to be demonstrable on the day of validation.
We built the air handling with terminal filtration at the room, set the pressure cascade so that air always moves from cleaner to less clean, and sealed the ducting to suit.
Handover included the test results, the filter certificates and an as-built set that matches what is actually above the ceiling.
