Most call-outs are not the compressor, whatever the last person told you. They are a blocked drain, a choked filter, a failed capacitor, a loose contactor, a sensor reading nonsense, or a slow leak that has been topped up twice instead of found.
So we diagnose before we quote. You get told what has actually failed, what it will cost, and — if the unit is old enough that the repair is not worth it — that too, in writing, so you can make the call yourself.
We keep the parts that actually fail on the shelf. That is the difference between a room being cold tonight and being cold on Thursday.

Questions we get asked
Do I need a contract to call you out?
No. There is a fixed call-out charge and we quote any repair before doing it. Plenty of customers use us this way for years.
My AC needs gas every year. Is that normal?
No. A sealed system should not lose refrigerant. Annual topping up means there is a leak that nobody has looked for properly — that is a repair, not a service item.
Is my unit worth repairing?
We will tell you honestly. Past a certain age, with a major component gone, the repair cost plus the running cost of tired equipment makes replacement the cheaper answer over two seasons.
How fast can you get to me?
Same day within Chennai in most cases. Ring the office rather than emailing if it is urgent — the phone gets answered.
