Panels and door hardware
Insulated panels, floor treatment where it is needed, and door gear that survives being used by a busy kitchen rather than a store keeper.

Cold rooms
Chillers and freezer rooms for kitchens, food production, pharmacies and storage — built so the door seal and the defrost cycle get as much attention as the compressor.
Cold rooms fail in boring ways. A door seal that stopped sealing, a defrost cycle set wrong so the coil ices up, a drain that freezes because nobody trace-heated it. The refrigeration itself is rarely the problem.
We size the plant for the actual product load and how often the door opens — a kitchen chiller opened forty times a service is a different job from a store room opened twice a day — and we set the defrost to match.
For anything holding stock that matters, we fit temperature alarms. Finding out on Monday that a room failed on Saturday is an expensive way to learn.
Where this applies
Hotel and restaurant kitchens, food production and cloud kitchens, pharmacies and laboratories, florists and caterers, and general cold storage.

Scope
This is what goes into the quote. If something on your job is not on this list, it will be written in rather than assumed.
01
Insulated panels, floor treatment where it is needed, and door gear that survives being used by a busy kitchen rather than a store keeper.
02
Condensing unit and evaporator sized for the pull-down you actually need, sited so the condenser is not sitting in its own hot air.
03
Defrost cycle set for the room's duty and drains routed and heat-traced where freezing is a risk.
04
Temperature alarms for rooms holding stock or product that cannot be allowed to go out of range unnoticed.
Common questions
A standard kitchen chiller is usually about a week from panel delivery, assuming the floor and the power are ready. Larger or multi-compartment rooms take longer.
Sometimes. It depends on the floor, the structure and whether the space can be properly insulated and sealed. We will look and tell you whether it is worth it.
Usually a defrost setting that does not match how the room is used, a door not sealing, or warm humid air being pulled in every time the door opens. All three are fixable.
Yes, and we would recommend it for anything holding stock. Cold rooms are checked more often than comfort cooling because a failure costs you the contents.
Send us the drawings, the tonnage, or just a photo of the plant room. We will come out, measure up and give you a written quote — no charge for the visit anywhere in Chennai.
